Actions run 1171 failed: archlinux:base-devel has no node for actions/checkout. Fix build.yml to install nodejs before checkout, keep makepkg, attach pkg to release v0.30.0, retag. Commit: ci: Install node in Arch container for checkout. Do not merge yourself if PR; master push OK for this CI fix.
