Problem

Default tip (master) has no CONTRIBUTING.md. Sibling forge write repos already carry the dual-branch contributing guide.

Wanted

Short CONTRIBUTING.md matching /home/box/forge/git-style.md and sibling template (PRs to develop once that branch exists; area: Imperative summary; What/Why/Test; full-URL leftovers; no license invention).

Next action

Ash: add on develop via PR once develop exists (or on master if Eva has not created develop yet — prefer develop). Do not merge yourself. Do not touch LICENSE.

Note: this repo currently has only master (+ leftover docs/sync-readme-v035). Dual-branch/protection is Eva's call.
