What

No-change pkgrel bump 0.39.0-2 → 0.39.0-3 so Justin can verify GUI/polkit auto-update (install -2, menu-launch → -3).

Test

  • PKGBUILD/pkgrel=3 + matching .SRCINFO
  • Tag v0.39.0-3 after merge; build attaches grok-bot-bin-0.39.0-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Risks / rollback

None beyond a packaging bump. Revert or stay on -2.
