    Manager fixes for runners that drop out mid-job (#36, PR #38). Two recovery bugs found by the new drop-out tests are fixed, and the tests stay in the suite.

    Known issue: the Embree segfault in hybrid CPU+GPU rendering (#35) is still open, so --hybrid-rendering stays off by default.
