Promote develop tip (scrub of sibling names / lab paths) onto master.

Why

Default branch should match the standalone docs and fixtures.

Test

Outsiders reading this module should not see private sibling
names (tradey), unfinished rewire notes, or /fast/projects
lab paths. Keep the library self-contained in README, design,
plan, and test fixtures/identity strings.
Strip private sibling names, rewire notes, and lab paths so the module stands alone.
