    Gzip middleware now skips responses that must not be compressed: 204/304 and other bodiless replies, ranged (206 / Range) requests, HEAD, responses that already carry a Content-Encoding, and already-compressed content types. It also honors q=0 in Accept-Encoding and supports Flush (#28, #29).
