  The runner now detects GPUs on Windows by reading Win32_VideoController, so a Windows runner reports its GPU instead of falling back to CPU (#39, PR #40). Linux detection is unchanged, and the existing lspci matching is pinned in tests.

  Known issues: Windows runners still render from absolute host paths rather than the job context (#41), and the Embree segfault in hybrid CPU+GPU rendering (#35) is still open, so --hybrid-rendering stays off by default.
